The 2010 membership year is almost upon us!

Please read the following information, as it is important and should be of interest to all members.

The following letter is being sent to all members. There are some important decisions to be made soon at the club, and we want to get you involved in making them and in helping us to move the club forward.

Please read the attached letter, and we hope to see you at the meeting on the 17th August, and to receive your rmembership subscription.

MEMBERSHIP LETTER

The membership year at Trojans runs from 1st September - 31st August.

Therefore to be a member of the club, train and play at/for the club and use the club facilities you need to complete and return a membership form with full payment by 1st September 2010.

The membership rates have been frozen at 2009/10 levels and are:

Full Playing member - £100

Adult Squash Levy -  £10 extra

Full Time Playing Student / Unemployed (Over 18)  - £60

Non-Playing (Voting rights) - £70

Social / Pirate (No voting rights) - £45

Junior (Under 18) - £45

Please note indivdual sections may make additional charges or subsidise the amounts outlined above to play a specific sport. Please speak to the sections membership secretary for more information. Additional charges may be required by a section to cover certain costs such as equipment or coaching.

Family membership

Trojans is proud of its history of being a family friendly club and as such a membership discount is now available if there are 3 or more playing members from the same family.

The level of discount is 10% per member.

All memberships must be taken out at the same time.

For example, if there is 1 adult and 2 juniors (£100+£45+£45=£190) the discount given would be £19. This discount is separate from discounts offered by individual sections.

How to pay.

You can pay in three ways

by cheque - made payable to Trojans club, and posted / handed into club with completed membership form

by phone - 02380 612400 during office hours, and by using a card, and then sending in a completed membership form

over the bar at quiet times - and then completing a membership form

Booking the Club

 If you would like to book any of the club facilities for an event, this can be done as long as the facilities are not already being used. Bookings should be made by downloading and completing the booking form on the club website. This can then be posted or e-mailed to the club office. Alternatively you can ring the club office.

Trojans members receive a 50% discount on the hire rate of the clubhouse facilities for parties,events or functions. This discount also applies to charity events, but a charity number needs to be supplied at time of booking.
