Trojans is the largest amateur sports club in Hampshire and has a long history of playing sport at all levels from junior through to senior. Trojans has a history of nurturing talent right through to International level.

Notice of 2023 AGM Trojans Club Limited
Dear Member
The Trojan Club Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting on 22nd November @ 7pm. Venue, The Trojans Club.
Aside from the normal business required there is a recommendation from your Board of Directors that requires member approval. This recommendation is to lease some of Trojans land to a Padel Tennis provider. Padel Stars. This is an important component to the ongoing development of our facilities.

Board Meetings are held on a monthly basis at the Club, AGM's are held annually as required by the Constitution

The club incorporated in 2018. The Articles of Association govern the Company. (They can be seen here)
The running of the company is determined by its rules which are consistent with the articles, (which can be seen here). These may be amended by the directors and ratified/noted at an Annual General Meeting

Company policies apply to issues such as employment, member conduct and health & safety. The Company is also associated via its sections to the sport governing bodies' guidelines on policies and procedures. (see section pages)
Safeguarding
The club’s Safeguarding Policies apply to all members.
All volunteers and those employed to work with children must complete and submit a Role Acceptance Form before doing so.
Code of conduct
All members agree to follow the club's Code of Conduct when becoming a member.
Privacy
The company (including its sections) only collects and keeps data for specific purposes as required in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. This is set out in the club's Privacy Policy.
Membership
Membership is open to all. The membership subscription is to the Trojans Club as a whole which is a limited by guarantee company. The requirement to guarantee £1 in the event of insolvency applies to all voting members. All members(voting and non-voting) are bound by the Articles of Association of the Company (see below) and agree to comply with all of the company's rules, regulations and codes (including those that are section specific)
